‘Manufacturer of the Year’ goes to KIA

The South Korean manufacturer ‘Kia’ have once again performed brilliantly in the NFDA Dealer Attitude Survey after being named ‘Manufacturer of the Year’ by the National Franchised Dealers Association.

The survey is produced twice every year and Kia have managed to win this award four consecutive times with the last being in Winter 2018. The industry standard for the survey is 5.0 and in its last win in 2018 the Soth Korean manufacturer scored a more than impressive 8.4. The survey is based upon dealers scoring various criteria about their dealership and their relationship to their provider.

Collecting the award, Sales Director Steve Hicks at Kia said: ‘We are extremely grateful for this award and it is a testament to the great relationship we have with our dealers. Our continued success in a car market in decline is thanks to the excellent customer experience delivered by our dealer network. Looking forward, we are committed to building sustainable, profitable partnerships with our dealers.’
